      <image:caption>Yvette Massoudi I am a Certified Pilates Mat instructor who trained with Linda Farrell in LindaFit’s Teacher Training program in 2018. Chronic upper body and lower back pain led me to explore a number of fitness and healing modalities such as yoga, physical therapy, neuromuscular training, and Alexander Technique. Yet I soon discovered that most exercises my physical therapist prescribed were Pilates-based. This inspired me to become an instructor to help others experience the great results of Pilates Mat work. I loved teaching in-person at studios and private homes throughout New York City, yet I wasn't sure how to continue when the pandemic hit. Once I started offering classes online, I soon realized that the classes were just as effective and much more convenient! Pilates has helped me to reduce my pain and increase my strength and mobility after experiencing chronic back issues. I truly enjoy introducing others to all the benefits Pilates has to offer. I also work with individual clients in their own homes or via Zoom to provide specialized exercise programs for participants with a variety of physical challenges and limitations. I also teach at New York Athletic Club, Broadway Dance Center, Pilates on Fifth, and in private residential programs. I am a model for LindaFit’s online Pilates Mat classes.       <image:caption>Tobias Keene, D.D.S. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Class Info - What you’ll need</image:title>
      <image:caption>You’ll need to set your computer camera so that I can see your entire body while exercising. This way, I’ll be able to observe your movements and offer corrections or exercise adaptations. You may keep your camera off if you prefer, just note that I won’t be able to offer you corrections. All you really need to get started is an exercise mat. I do incorporate props in my classes, such as a yoga block, resistance band, or small (1 or 2 pound) hand-held weights, but all exercises may be done without them.</image:caption>
